We take every care to make sure that our descriptions are correct, if you are not happy when the item is delivered our terms and conditions are that you can return the piece however you are liable to delivery charge and return delivery charge.

If we state that an item needs restoration then it is up to you to satisfy yourself about the condition of the piece before you buy.

Wood, wood is constantly moving so with antique furniture we cannot guarantee that wood will not split, warp or twist, when you put a piece of furniture old or new into your home then it is advisable that the room is not overly hot when you put the piece in and if you can put some water in, under or near the piece.
