Description
A substantial, polished aluminium cased “Bulkhead” clock.Russian Soviet period c.1930’s.
Original Platform Balance Movement, untouched apart from oiling so carries no guarantee although is working fine and keeping good time.
Winding key also locks the case door.
Second hand a probable replacement.
Three fixing lugs to the rear...it is a heavy item! 2.5/3.0 kilos....
Worn cross to the dial suggests it could have come from a “sick bay” or hospital ship...?...
